1 Block Cream Cheese

1 Cup Mayo

1 Cup Grated Parmesioan Cheese

4 OZ Can Diced Green Chils

1 Can Del Monte French cur Quartered Artichokes - Cut each quarter into 4ths. (canned, nt marinated)

Bake at 350 in a 8 x 8 for 30 Minutes
