ST Sound Digitizer

ST Sound Digitizer by Hippopotamus Software was conceived in 1986, and introduced in 1987, and is often claimed to be the first sampler for the TOS range of Atari computers, although IS Sound Digitiser appears to give it a run for its money for this accolade, seemingly just pipping it to the post. Dubbed the 'Hippo Sound Digitizer', it was later licensed by Navarone Industries in 1988. ST Sound Digitizer is an 8-bit sampler, which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 1 kHz and 64 kHz.
