IS Sound Digitiser

IS Sound Digitiser by Innovated Software out of the UK is believed to have been conceived in 1986*, and is self credited as being the first sampler for the Atari TOS range of computers. It is a sampler capable of 4, 7 and 8-bit mono sampling, at sampling frequencies of 1 kHz to 31 kHz, plus an extra 48 kHz. Its software iterations is believed to have culminated to the IS Spectroscope, from its supposed pre-release state of "Digi Designer".
