PROCESS 

First we split roles inside our "company": HR Manager, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager and CEO

Then the different experts of each company came together to research for templates

-> Design Sprints: are structured, time-bound processes used for rapid prototyping of ideas

-> They are divided into phases:

1. Understand

2. Ideate

3. Decide

4. Prototype

5. Test

-> They have multiple benefits for education like hands-on experience, problem-solving in real situations, teamwork, they learn how they should work in a team, creativity boost, it raises their empathy as well
