I’m 59 and exercise daily. When in the program would be the best time to do an adrenals test to see when my cortisol is high or low and when/how best to exercise for my adrenals? Which test do you recommend?
I woke up twice yesterday in the middle of the night with my clothes SOAKED from sweating, however I was cold. I took my temperature and it registered 95.0 I also felt weak & shaky and was experiencing heart palpitations. Last week, I asked my doctor if I could have my thyroid tested because I have been experiencing extreme cold intolerance. I suspected I was over-medicated as a result of body absorbing my medications better due to the Reset. My labs came back yesterday and my TSH is very low. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. I’ve included the labs. I’m just wondering what your thoughts and recommendations are.
About self-testing, generally speaking, what are the ideal blood tests to run for Hashimoto’s and how often? Is there a company you recommend to do this? I cannot find an endocrinologist who has experience with Hashimoto’s.

I just received my blood work back. My total cholesterol and LDL are high, and HDL is low. I just want to be sure that coconut milk is ok for me to use and that the foods on the ok list are good in order to lower cholesterol. I know I will need to exercise since I have a lot of extra pounds, and hopefully that will help lower my cholesterol, but I want to know if there is anything else I can do to lower the bad and raise the good cholesterol.
