A: I completely understand your concern. When one is already feeling poorly, it can be scary to implement changes, as there is a fear of regression or lack of improvement.
I’ve designed my protocols to be thorough, yet gentle. I’ve seen their effects on myself and my clients, and they have been tested amidst a community of individuals with chronic health conditions as well.
That said, the protocols are best started when the body is not under the additional stress of a virus or other acute sickness. While it is generally not harmful to start the protocols while fighting an infection or other illness, it is recommended that you work with a skilled clinician to make these decisions.
