Hygiene requirements
Our staff must follow good grooming and hygiene habits daily.
Avoid strong perfume sprays, fragrance soaps, or strong-smelling essential oils.
Have a clean body and well-kept hair, which includes a beard or mustache;. Take the necessary steps to avoid offensive body odors.
Take necessary steps to avoid coffee/cigarette breath or any other offensive breath odors.
Dress requirements
Clothing must be clean, professional, stain-free, without holes or tears, cover the body (non-revealing), and be appropriate for the work environment.
Clothing cannot be cut or modified in any way.
Staff who are given name tags should wear them during their work hours.
The following are the attire requirements for each department.
Maintenance: Closed toed shoes, uniform shirt or polo with SW logo, long pants or long shorts neat, uniform jacket or jacket. Long hair must be tied back during work hours. PPE: Use Personal Protective Equipment every time it is called for. PPE includes but is not limited to eye protection, gloves, chainsaw chaps, helmet/hard hat, hearing protection, and boots.
Massage Therapists/Estheticians: Wear an approved uniform shirt and professional clothing that is comfortable to move in. Ensure hair is tied back so it does not drag on your client or get in the products.
Guest Services - Front Desk/Reception/Floater Staff: Clothing should be professional and comfortable to move in. Must wear your nametag and an approved uniform shirt at all times. Uniforms as listed below. Uniforms are not to be altered or modified.
Managers: Professional, casual work attire with logo and name tag.

Shirts/Tops
Short or long-sleeved navy blue Polo, t-shirt, or tank top with SW logo or Kat-designed shirts.
Other Attire
Pants Capri style pants
Leggings
Long/Capri length
Skirts or dresses navy blue in color with name tag - no shorter than 6 inches above the knee
Long Shorts - no shorter than 6 inches above the knee
Accessories
Tasteful jewelry Must be simple (earrings, rings, wristwatch, necklace, bracelets, malas)
Scarves
Shoes appropriate for your department
