🧑 It is not appropriate, under any circumstances, to use SunWater client and guest information for personal use or gain.
🧑🏽 Do not remove any files or information on any guest for any reason, at any time.
👩🦰 Permission must be given to contact clients on behalf of SunWater during working hours
👳🏼♀️ Any and all information obtained while employed with SunWater belongs solely to SunWater.
Customer Service and Care Tips
🙂 Smile and be polite. A smile will open many doors.
🙂 Ask how you can assist the guest.
🙂 Talk to customers in a peaceful and kind manner, no matter what.
🙂 Leave your personal problems at home.
🙂 Never vent or gossip to guests or in front of guests.
🙂 Always seek to find the best solution for everyone. Enlist help from a manager if needed.
🙂 Transparent communication is expected. Remember to follow the proper channels of communication.
Inappropriate Behavior
😲 Report any inappropriate advances made by another staff member or guest. You have the right to refuse service if you feel a client is being inappropriate, is contagious, or intoxicated.
🙄 If you feel that a guest is being a nuisance to staff and/or other guests, reach out to a manager.
