You may be issued equipment such as electronics, keys, tools, phones, etc. These items are to be used for SunWater Spa business and not for personal use.

You understand that SunWater Spa will have control over the use and installation of applications of said equipment while in the possession of the recipient or at any time thereof.

You agree to indemnify SunWater Spa for any loss and/or damage to person and/or property that may arise from the use of said equipment, by the Recipient, or anyone or anything thereof.

SunWater Spa will not be held responsible or liable in ANY case for damages and / or injury that may result or incurred to result from the use, or misuse, of said equipment.

You agree that it shall be solely responsible in complying with all OSHA standards, NFPA standards or any other standards that may exist, if any exist, on the use of such equipment and further acknowledge that SunWater Spa makes no warranties or representations as to whether said equipment meets or may in the future meet such standards as may be applicable.
