Every time an employee does not take a 30 break your timecard is flagged.
The following steps will be implemented when a timecard is flagged :
You will be given a verbal reminder that you did not take your break from me
After 3 flagged time cards for not taking your 30-minute break and a verbal warning with each flagged time card, you will get a write-up in your file
