SunWater supports remote workplace practices. The Management Team has the opportunity to work remotely for administration tasks and to use the Basecamp platform for communication with staff. Zoom and other similar platform meetings are encouraged for those who are remote to join onsite management meetings.
Available for full-time, salaried management positions, and reception
On remote workdays, the employee should be available for communication and meetings at the prime time of the business day reflective of their department and have Zoom, phone, computer, and texting capability
All remote work should follow data security protocols
