Employees need to be with their guests upon arrival and accompany them for the entire Soak to be free.
Please confirm the date and time with the Guest Services Manager for approval before soaking.
If another tub is available at the time of your soak, you may move your group to the open tub upon manager approval.
Note that you may be bumped from your tub if there is a customer service need for your tub, however, you may continue to enjoy the saline pools.
Please let the Guest Services Manager know asap if you need to cancel.
Absolutely no soaking after business hours.

Eligibility begins on the first of the month one month after your hire date.
SunWater Spa offers Direct Primary Care (DPC) Services paid 100% by the company for salaried employees. All hourly employees may opt-in but will pay 100% of the monthly fee through payroll deduction. DPC is not a recognized medical care expense under section 213(d) of the Internal Revenue Code.
FAMLI
Starting January 1, 2023, most Colorado workers (full-time, parttime and seasonal) will see a new deduction on their paychecks of 0.45% of their wages. This small deduction covers your contribution to Colorado’s new, voter-approved Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).
For someone making $45,000/year that’s a deduction of less than $8 per biweekly paycheck. To see what your estimated deduction will be, visit famli.colorado.gov.
You will be able to apply for FAMLI benefits—like paid leave for up to 12 weeks when you or a family member experiences a qualifying health issue—starting in January 2024.

Assessments and Pay
Our pay periods run from the 1st thru the 15th and and the 16th thru the end of the month. Paydays are on the 5th and the 20. If the payday falls on a weekend, you will receive your pay the Friday before.

Assessments will be conducted 90 days after hire and annually on your hire date and will consist of 4 easy questions sent to you by email from BambooHR. Your manager will get four questions to answer about you as well. These questions need to be answered by the end of the month and will be used in part to determine your possible pay increase on your anniversary date. Your manager will meet with you and go over your performance and any questions you may have at your anniversary date or sooner if requested. We review our wage ranges and compare to industry averages each October. We also send out employee satisfaction and wellness surveys on a quarterly basis.
