Preclass Activities

  1. Whait is Thematic Analysis used for?

    • Gaining a deeper understanding of subject matter.

    • A tool that facilitates the meaning-making process.

  2. How does the article suggest managing researcher subjectivity?

    • Utilise reflective practices such as sketchbooks or journals to document the development and discovery process.

  3. What must a researcher do first in order to begin a PLR *Practice-Led Research) framework?

    • Develop strategies and procedures that can capture and report on emerging nuances and directions possible in the work. Become capable of handling constantly evolving understandings and be connected with the processes and techniques of the artists.

Planning the pitch

Harry, Luka and I met over Discord to further flesh out our ideas for the pitch. I created a Google Drawing and we started throwing our ideas out.
