Project reflection (retrospective/post-mortem).

• • What went well?

    • Creating the teaser was, thankfully, a quick process. I wanted to get the themes of the narrative across and hint at the deeper elements of the plot. I had very limited time due to my animation project taking it all up but I'm happy with the result I got with the teaser.

  • What didn't go well?

    • Trying to get all of our members to meet was an extremely big challenge. Everyone was extremely busy out of class and even during some classes our members were on film shoots so they couldn't attend and discussions. We managed to get a few meetings in on Sundays when most people were available.

  • So what did I do?

    • I made to respond to any communications from our group members in a timely manner and I got the parts that were assigned to me finished as quickly as I could.

  • Now what can I do differently in future?

    • I think something to improve on is taking the lead when everyone else is hesitant to. Alex was the most leaderlike member of our group and when he wasn't present during our group discussions everyone else would be quiet and not know what they should be doing. I think to avoid that kind of thing I would liek to gain more leadership skills so our group doesn't feel lost so much of the time.
