A huge well done to all our children and our families. Last half term, they walked over 1000km and we've raised over £250 so far!
You can still make a donation directly for your child to CAFOD on our school's Just Giving page. Even £1 will make a huge difference!
Find more information by clicking here. As always, thank you for your generosity.
On Tuesday, Mr Williams and Mrs Akerman had the pleasure of taking the year 5 football team to Liverpool FC's Academy, after they qualified by coming second in a tournament in September. We were dealt a very tough group and, despite some fantastic efforts and hard fought games, we didn't manage to qualify from the group. A particular highlight though was a brilliant draw against Barrowhall where a wonderful goal by Imogen was unfortunately disallowed. As always, our children were a credit to the school and behaved impeccably.
Thank you to the parents who were able to attend to support the children and to Mrs Akerman for stepping in at the last minute to help with transport, team talks and everything in between.
Our UKS2 dancers were brilliant at the Great British Dance Off competition on Tuesday! Big smiles and great dance moves. We are so proud of every single one of them.
All welcome to our monthly Mass at 8:05am in the spare Year 2 classroom next Friday 3 May.
3 May is the first Friday of the month and consequently our food collection day for St Joseph’s Family Centre’s food bank. Please give generously as you always do. Children can wear non-uniform on that day in school.

The date for Sports Day this year will be Tuesday 21st May, weather permitting. If this date has to be cancelled, then the reserve day will be Wednesday 26th June.
Please be reminded cars cannot stop to drop off children on the zig-zag lines outside the school gates. Neither should we park or stop across people's driveways.
It is illegal and also inconsiderate. One of our neighbours last week was delayed leaving home for an important hospital appointment. Also, a car was stopped on the corner of Larch Avenue, which is extremely hazardous for other road users and pedestrians.
Thank for your support.
