Georgia
Georgia, Matisse, and Van Gogh were brought to the sanctuary in 2005 by
friends who had seen them in a pet store every time they went for food---
for months... These full-grown, adult ferrets were in a cramped cage, in
less than perfect conditions.

Georgia Van Gogh Matisse
One day, our friends cracked. They called and asked if we could take them
so they could get out to play and have a real life. We said yes...
Van Gogh was a sweet chocolate boy who died in 2007.
Rest in peace, Van Gogh--We will miss your sweet face and your special
crimped ear. To us, you were beautiful.
Our beautiful silver boy Matisse left us on August 12th, 2009.
This is our feisty albino girl Georgia--the last of the group. She bites toes
and starts fights with the other ferrets, but we love her, all the same!
Georgia
Georgia has chosen to live with Addie, Monet, & Angel. We fondly refer to
this group as the "meanie" group, because they often start trouble. They
often play with the Star Wars group--until they start trouble...
More later!
