Belix

Belix came to join our family  on September 26, 2009, when his family was

moving into  a "no pets" apartment, out of state. 

They walked away, didn`t look back, and haven`t been in touch to see how

Belix is doing :(

Belix is a sweet little sable boy, about four years old. He has made lots of

new friends, and loves to play!

UPDATE: December 7, 2011

We lost our little Belix today. He has had an inoperable mass in his tummy for many months, and has been on a low dose of pred for his insulinoma, and to slow the growth of the mass. He did great on his medication, and acted like a normal, healthy little furchild for a very long time :)

He didn`t finish his soup for the last couple of days, and the pain meds weren`t working anymore. 

This is the part that`s rough. Saying goodbye...

Belix was about six years old.

We sure will miss him.
