Arc Sample Complaint Letter

I wish to complain about the harassment your company has been giving me. On 21/12/2012 I disputed this matter with Australian National Car Parks by sending them a letter of dispute. Since that date I have received three demands from your company Australian Recoveries and Collections - on 28/12/2012, on 18/01/2013 and on 15/02/2013. In addition I also rang Mr Hamish Smith of your office on 28/12/2012 to make sure he knew the mater was in dispute. I demand that your company's unlawful demands stop and I advise you it is against the ACCC Debt Collection Guidelines to attempt to collect a disputed debt.

Please confirm to me with within 48 hours that:

1. You have noted in your files that this matter is in dispute.

2. You agree not to pursue me whist the matter is in dispute.

3. Provide me with an explanation as to why you have been pursuing me for this disputed debt.

4.You will put procedures in place to prevent this from happening again.
