Can the real Andrew Stewart step foward?

For over a year now, my website has received complaints about a man called "Andrew" at the following companies:

- Australian Recoveries and Collections

- Australian National Car Parks

- Parking Patrols

- MBBF Solicitors

- Freedman and Gopalan Solicitors

The complaints are that Andrew:

- doesn't return mail or emails.

- is rude and arrogant.

- hangs up mid call.

- makes outrageous threats

At first, it was assumed that it was a different Andrew at each company. The only Andrew that used a surname was the Andrew at ustralian Recoveries and Collections whose surname is Stewart. However, I always thought it strange that one of the Andrew's used his surname whilst all the other Andrew used their first name only. Recently, I found out that debt collection is regulated by law in NSW and that debt collectors that send out letters of demand must identify themselves with their surname. This explained why the Andrew from Australian Recoveries and Collections used his full name - Andrew Stewart - because he was required to by law. Could it be though, that the other Andrew's were the one and the same Andrew (Stewart), but wasn't using his surname because a) he didn't want anyone to know who he was and b) he wasn't required to by law?

Recently, a woman who had received communications from "Andrew" at all of the above five sources (Australian Recoveries and Collections, Australian National Car Parks, Parking Patrols, MBBF Solicitors, Freedman and Gopalan Solicitors) smelled a rat and she set out to discover exactly who this Andrew was at each of these five companies.

Australian Recoveries and Collections

The woman started at Australian Recoveries and Collections as this company had the only "known" Andrew. The woman had received a letter signed by Andrew Stewart at Australian Recoveries and Collections. She rang the phone number on the letter and a man answered with the words "Australian Recoveries and Collections, you're speaking with Andrew". She asked him for confirm his surname and he said "Stewart". She then discussed the letter she had received from him, and after Andrew realised she was not going to pay and wasn't trying to prove she was not liable for the fine, he told her the discussion wasn't getting anywhere and he hung up on her.
