This kid has evidently lived before.

Very strong case.

The last words of Steve Jobs

-

I have come to the pinnacle of success in business. In the eyes of others, my life has been the symbol of success. However, apart from work, I have little joy. Finally, my wealth is simply a fact to which I am accustomed. At this time, lying on the hospital bed and remembering all my life, I realize that all the accolades and riches of which I was once so proud, have become insignificant with my imminent death. In the dark, when I look at green lights, of the equipment for artificial respiration and feel the buzz of their mechanical sounds, I can feel the breath of my approaching death looming over me.

Only now do I understand that once you accumulate enough money for the rest of your life, you have to pursue objectives that are not related to wealth. It should be something more important: For example, stories of love, art, dreams of my childhood. No, stop pursuing wealth, it can only make a person into a twisted being, just like me.

God has made us one way, we can feel the love in the heart of each of us, and not illusions built by fame or money, like I made in my life, I cannot take them with me. I can only take with me the memories that were strengthened by love. This is the true wealth that will follow you; will accompany you, he will give strength and light to go ahead.

Love can travel thousands of miles and so life has no limits. Move to where you want to go. Strive to reach the goals you want to achieve. Everything is in your heart and in your hands.

What is the world's most expensive bed? The hospital bed. You, if you have money, you can hire someone to drive your car, but you cannot hire someone to take your illness that is killing you. Material things lost can be found. But one thing you can never find when you lose: life.

Americans are eating themselves INSANE...

causes of mental insanity identified in factory foods

(NaturalNews) I've spent the last two years running a heavy metals analysis science lab (labs.naturalnews.com) and writing a detailed, heavily researched book on forensic food analysis. To my horror, I've come to the conclusion from all this that humanity is driving itself insane with relentless chemical contamination and heavy metals pollution that's driving human minds to clinical madness.

The real reason society is so incredibly insane at every level is rooted in the consumption of toxic heavy metals through food, water and other environmental sources. It's exacerbated by the poisonous heavy metals being fed to factory farmed chickens (and other animals) whose poop is harvested and spread on soils that are used to grow foods for humans. Once humans eat the contaminated food that's laced with lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic, their own feces is "recycled" and turned into "bio solids" that are placed back onto commercial farm lands as "fertilizer."

This cycle of metals accumulation results in a steady rise in the concentration of toxic substances in our environment and foods. As people consume these foods (and other toxic substances such as mercury in dental fillings and fluoride in municipal water supplies), they are driven to the brink of madness.

It is these people who are now the voters, the politicians, the media personalities and the decision makers. The modern world of western civilization has literally gone insane, much like the Roman Empire which fed its own people water that was, unbeknownst to them, poisoned with lead.

The lead in the water of Flint, Michigan only worsens the problem... and it's not just Flint, either. I've found that nearly every state government in America routinely covers up the toxicity of public water, and the EPA is also heavily engaged in suppressing the scientific truth about lead in municipal water supplies.

As a result, Americans are drinking toxic lead at alarming concentrations, and they're eating arsenic, inhaling mercury and consuming significant concentrations of cadmium from other food sources that I'll be detailing this year in my new, expanded lab facility.

I explain all this in far more detail in this Health Ranger Report podcast.

10 Signs You’ve Bought ‘Spin’

By Christina Lavers

Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

We live in a world with an incredible imbalance of power. Whether you believe in ‘conspiracies’ or not, there is no doubt that a tiny fraction of the world population has the means to manipulate and sway public opinion in order to maintain a paradigm that promotes and maintains their ability to control and profit off the masses. Common sense would dictate that any group who had the wherewithal to successfully claw their way into a top position would naturally invest heavily in ensuring their interests were protected. As increasing corruption is exposed in so many areas of society, we would be naive to think collusion wasn’t happening at the highest levels as well.

For instance… Recently a German journalist, Udo Ulfkotte, came forward to expose how he and, according to his claims, many other journalists were coerced into not only slanting their stories in order to sway public opinion, but to sign their own names to articles that were written by CIA staff as a means to garner support for war. (see video.)

A retired U.S. Army Colonel, Lawrence Wilkerson, who worked as national security advisor to the Reagan administration and both Bush administrations, recently shared about what he perceives as the corruption inside the establishment and how corporate interests are driving foreign policy. (see video.)

Another respected journalist Sharyl Attkisson, came forward recently in a TED Talk to demonstrate how ‘astroturfing’, or fake grassroots movements funded by political, corporate, or other special interests very effectively manipulate and warp media messages. (see video.)

The more we look into it, the clearer it becomes that mainstream wisdom is not as benign, logical, sound or reasonable as it initially appears. Propaganda today is so highly sophisticated, outrageously pervasive, and incredibly subtle and cunning, that it can be difficult not to fall prey to its influences.

But, when we make a conscious decision to stop relinquishing our power to those who want to use it against us, we cease being pawns in the old paradigm game and step into autonomous, self-directed, empowering roles. The key is being aware of where we place our attention and focus. Do we place it on the many low frequency distractions that dance hypnotically around us, or do we consciously focus on raising our frequency and nurturing that which we want to see flourish?

Here are some beliefs that you may hold that would suggest you might not have been discerning enough in your evaluation of mainstream information.

10 Signs You’ve Bought ‘Spin’

You eat fast/processed food.

If processed food is still a significant part of your diet you have likely allowed yourself to be swayed by propaganda. Millions of dollars annually is poured into commercials and lab designed flavouring that make this chemically laden, nutritionally vapid, low frequency food seem appealing. Some might argue that while they know processed food isn’t good for them, it is the convenience that keeps them coming back. ‘Convenience’ is one of the favourite angles that the promoters of processed foods like to push. However, like most of what they sell, this is in reality just more spin. With a little research we can uncover a plethora of delicious and easy meals and snacks using healthy whole foods. (Learn more about the health impacts of processed foods here.)

You think that mainstream media news is a reliable news source.

With a handful of individuals owning the majority of mainstream news outlets it is not really surprising that the quality of mainstream news leaves a lot to be desired. As mentioned above there is increasing evidence that most news sources are corrupt and rather than being objective, are used as means to manipulate public opinion according to the wishes of society’s most powerful. Explore beyond the mainstream and learn to listen to your inner knowing to help you navigate through the choppy waters of information. (For more information, please see: Digital Deception – Can You Trust What You See?)

You covet designer items.

If you dream of owning designer items you have likely been duped by powerful advertising that has leached out of the commercial realm into ‘society’ pages and celebrity gossip. While there are some high quality products, with impeccable craftsmanship that warrant big price tags, a lot of designer items are really just average quality, sweat shop produced products, with a brand slapped onto them. Many of these products would hardly move off the shelves if they didn’t have massive advertising dollars behind them creating the allure of desirability. Look for unique quality items that have been made with love and awareness instead.

You base your definition of success on income level or possessions.

While those at the top benefit from having a consumer driven populace that is preoccupied with amassing material wealth, on an individual level this ego-based approach is unhealthy and contributes to our overall sense of disconnection. We are constantly bombarded with images and tales of ‘happy people’ driving flash cars, wearing expensive clothes and indulging in exclusive activities. However, while money certainly can add to our quality of life, true happiness comes from things like having meaningful relationships, a sense of purpose and connection to our internal and external worlds.

You are happy to drink fluoridated water.

“Fluoridation is the greatest case of scientific fraud of this century.” ~ Robert Carlton, Ph.D, former EPA scientist, 1992

Mainstream wisdom tells us that communities that add fluoride to their water will benefit from lower levels of tooth decay. In reality fluoride is a toxic industrial waste product that is being pushed onto populations by industry as a means to profit off a product they would otherwise have to pay to dispose of. More and more evidence is demonstrating that fluoride is in reality harmful to public health. Also worrying is the fact that fluoride calcifies the pineal gland, which is often described as our inner gateway to higher dimensions and consciousness. (For more information, please see: 15 Facts Most People Don’t Know About Fluoride.)

Instead drink filtered water (*depending on your system a special filter may be required to remove fluoride). Also, you’ll find easy-to-make, healthy natural toothpaste recipes here: Forget Fluoride! Make Your Own Toothpaste with These 3 Easy Recipes.

You believe that pharmaceutical companies have our best interests at heart.

Of course an industry based on developing drugs that extend our lives has our best interests at heart, right? Wrong, the pharmaceutical industry relies on a sick population to maintain and increase its profit levels. The industry loves to convince the public that it is determined to find cures for all that ails us. However, it is probably not a coincidence that so few real cures are ever found. Instead the industry produces medications that people are required to take on an ongoing basis, ensuring a steady inflow of cash to satisfy shareholders. Many of these medications also produce side-effects that require further medication to address. (For more information, please see: Big Pharma and Organized Crime — They Are More Similar Than You May Think.)

There are many natural alternatives to common pharmaceutical drugs that are safe and effective. Do some research and start being proactive in your journey towards health. (You’ll find a wealth of natural health information here on Wake Up World.)

You believe your country is better than others.

A well known strategy for one group to maintain dominance over others is to practice divide and conquer. On a national level, many countries use propaganda to instil the idea that their particular nation is the best, most progressive and special one in the world. Inundated with constant propaganda the belief that one is part of an exceptional group that is superior to all others is internalised by members. This creates an ‘us versus them’ mentality that makes it easy to mobilise the masses against an ‘enemy’ of the state. Instead, try to focus on the fact that there are really no planetary borders. Every human is equally divine and deserving of love.

You believe war is a necessary evil.

One of the central reasons that this world is in a constant state of war is because war is profitable. While the population is given a ‘reasonable’ seeming excuse for the need to go to war, anyone willing to look beneath the surface will discover the actual ‘cause’ is generally about accruing more money and power for a select few. A peaceful solution is always possible. (For more information, please see: Mutually Agreed Peace: Ending The Doctrine of Perpetual War.)

You think people who question mainstream assumptions are ‘crazy’.

The mainstream loves to paint people who question ‘official truth’ as part of a lunatic fringe who should be discouraged and disregarded. ‘Group think’ is a very powerful means of social control and those who break away from dominant thought patterns are often perceived as a threat to those that abide by them. If you use ridicule to deride and put down people who present a perspective that doesn’t ling with the mainstream you are following ‘the program’. These are tactics used to ensure that the majority of people stay within the confines of the group belief system. In a healthy society, questioning of dominant beliefs should be encouraged. (To learn more, please see: Propaganda: Mind Manipulation and Manufacturing Consent.)

You think all alternative healers are ‘quacks’.

As the journalist Sharyl Attkisson pointed out, the pharmaceutical industry are masters of deception. Paid shills, who present themselves as concerned, knowledgeable independent community members, and fake grassroots blogs work around the clock to discredit health modalities that don’t contribute to their employer’s profit margin. In fact there are many forms of alternative healing modalities that have been shown to be as effective (if not more) than many conventional treatments, often with much fewer side effects. The Big “If” – What If Marijuana and Hemp Had Never Been Prohibited?

1st February 2016

By Ethan Indigo Smith

Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

The Big “If”

The history of marijuana and hemp prohibition is a dark and shady story with all the makings of a diabolical thriller. In a dystopian world, shady oligarchs institute prohibition in order to benefit their institutions in the short term, leading to the inception of a police state in which sustainable agriculture is ridiculed, shamanic medicine is scorned, and generations are forced into punitive situations as a result of the plant’s contraband status.

Now, I don’t normally dwell in the “what-if’s” and rarely speculate about the “what-might-be’s” either; I think it’s more important to consider the “what-is”. But in fact, if we concentrate on the “what-is”, we can more easily ponder the “what-if” (our potential) and, importantly, more decisively define “what-will-be” (our future).

In order to understand what the prohibition of marijuana and hemp has led to, and in order to understand the beautiful potential of this suppressed plant, I think it’s important for supporters of marijuana and hemp prohibition (and even supporters of its legalization) to understand the “what-if’s” of legalization — by asking the question ‘What if marijuana and hemp had never been prohibited?’

What if marijuana and hemp had never been prohibited?

Hemp is Medicine, hemp is food

If marijuana and hemp were never prohibited, the cancer era may never have been, and certainly would be vastly mitigated. Why? Marijuana and hemp are natural cancer preventatives and curatives that alleviate multitudes of diseases, including cancers. Hempseed oil is one of the richest sources of essential amino acids and essential fatty acids, providing an excellent balance between omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids, fostering healthy brain function, supporting the immune system, repairing DNA damage and defending against inflammation, a major cause of chronic illness.

If cannabis were never prohibited, which enabled the concurrent rise of pharmaceutical medicine in its place, humanity would still be using ancient herbal cures instead of chemical symptom inhibitors that don’t work. Cancer would be treated naturally and effectively, supporting instead of destroying the immune system in the process. (See: Over 100 Scientific Studies Agree: Cannabis Annihilates Cancer.)

Hemp in Agriculture

An example of an obvious change in the world, had marijuana and hemp ever been prohibited, is the potential vastness of our forests. Practically all the trees that have been cut down for paper and wood products, and to clear space for crops like cotton, might have just been left alone, as humanity utilized versatile, drought-tolerant and pest-resistant hemp to supply the raw material for paper, wood, fabrics, and building materials. (See: Move Over Cotton, Say Hello to Hemp – The ‘Forbidden’ Crop That’s Taking the World by Storm.)

What are the less obvious side-effects of there being more trees and more old growth forests? Of there being a far more efficient crop supplying our materials? Of being able to raise plants for usable materials in a matter of months, rather than over a period of several years? Of agricultural fields producing more than 10 times more oxygen and absorbing more CO2 than common crops? Would the air be more pure? Would we be more self-sustaining? Or live more peacefully?

And what of the wild ecosystem? If marijuana and hemp were never prohibited, they would have never been eradicated from the wilds. Recognized as an important natural flora, the cannabis plant grows like a “weed” — hence the nickname — as nature intended. Animals, humans and especially birds enjoy the seed and plant matter for food, which also feeds the cannabinoid receptors in their bodies that await THC as if it were vitamin C (suggesting there are far wider benefits of THC in the animal kingdom than we humans currently understand.) If marijuana and hemp had never been prohibited, our environment would be flourishing to its own natural design.

No ‘War On Drugs’

If marijuana were never prohibited, there would be no Orwellian private prison system, which relies on the endless ‘War On Drugs’ and an overtly aggressive police force to fill its beds. The prison population would not be skyrocketing, and Americans, in particular African-Americans, would not be locked up at the alarming rates we see today, working for free for the private corporations that contain them. There would be no inexplicable inconsistency between rising prison numbers and a falling rate of violent crimes. The spiritual value of marijuana as a consciousness-altering herb could be explored once more, as it has for millennia, free of legal taboo. Those with genuine substance abuse issues would be offered medical and spiritual treatment, not punitive action. And there would be no motivation for the black market trade of the cannabis plant, removing the criminal element and with that, the motivation to become a criminal. (Please see: The War On Drugs: How the “Land of the Free” Became the “Home of the Slaves” for 2.3 Million Americans.)

No Petrolithic Era, Nuclear Age or Oil-igarchy

Among the most dramatic paradigms that cannabis prohibition stirred, one which certainly would have never been if marijuana and hemp had never been criminalized, is the institutionalization of global petrolithic and nuclear energy industries. These dirty industries spew all sorts of cancerous toxins into our environment, and remain one of the main contributors to the cancer era they spawned — and that’s when things operate to plan!

Hemp is the oiliest plant there is and Rudolph Diesel designed his engines for any oil, but mainly biofuel, and mainly hemp. Rather than ever consider nuclear powered water boilers, if hemp had not been prohibited, industry would have implemented many of the different ways the most oily plant in the world (and plants like it) can be utilized, making petrol and nuclear driven power generation obsolete.

For example, in 1941, Henry Ford built a car that was not only built from ‘hemp plastic’ but also ran on hemp fuel. Biomass can be converted to methane, methanol, or gasoline at a cost comparable to petroleum, and hemp is much better for the environment, burning clean and not emitting greenhouse gases. Hemp can produce 10 times more methanol than corn, and farming only 6% of the continental U.S. acreage with biomass crops would provide all of America’s current energy needs.

As a result, localization of power sourcing would have been the norm as we would be producing energy locally. (See: Why Governments Promote Deadly Nuclear Energy and Ban Beneficial Hemp.)

Ironically, hemp crops are also effective for soil remediation, removing radiation from nuclear-damaged soil.

No War, Period

If only marijuana and hemp were not prohibited, our need for building materials and energy sources would be satisfied and, in shared abundance, there would be more peace. As a result of energy and resource self-reliance, the idea of competing with other nations for toxic, un-renewable energy resources would be literally unheard of. There would be no global reliance on petroleum extraction industries and, therefore, no strategic wars over oil resources. The military/war complex, the single most environmentally damaging system on Earth, is rendered obsolete.

No Plastic Problems

Plastic is a petroleum product that is not integrative whereas hemp sourced fiber would be environmentally friendly and not infringe on life and the food chain. If marijuana and hemp were never prohibited, we would never have instituted global systems that require the constant burning of petroleum, and thus, we would have never instituted the global use of plastics sourced from petroleum. If marijuana and hemp were not prohibited, we would be producing bioplastics from hemp oil instead of fighting a losing battle against the mounting health impacts and ecological suffering caused by plastic pollution. Hemp derived bioplastics are biodegradable and actually enliven the soil as they decompose. Public service announcements state: “… And remember kids, don’t forget to litter! This is a public service announcement.”

Environmentally speaking, the biggest change, if hemp and marijuana were never prohibited, would be that there are no trash gyres in the sea. The biologically penetrating plastics in our oceans would have never been, with no damage caused to marine ecosystems and the systems they interact with, such as atmospheric and precipitation cycles etc. (For more, please see: Plastic is Killing the Planet and Our Health — Here’s How We Can Turn the Tide.)

The Big “If”

The cannabis plant has traditionally been revered, with many useful applications from agricultural to medicinal to spiritual. Providing nutritious food, potent medicine, sustainable fuel, low-impact building material and consciousness expanding herb, cannabis is a nurturer of humanity. It is no wonder the hyper-masculine, partriarchal corporate-government complex has dared to outlaw it.

Marijuana and hemp prohibition is like a cornerstone to globalization and the centralization of power, benefiting only the violent, polluting, allopathic, warring, oligarchical institutions that seek to rule our world. For this reason, its legalization would become one of the greatest counters to this trend on every level — consciously, spiritually, physically and environmentally.

Undoubtedly, if marijuana and hemp had never been prohibited, the world would be a cleaner, healthier, less competitive place. We would be dancing more in the trees and fighting less in the desert. And who knows what else, and where else we might be?

What other “what-if’s” do you think might have been, if marijuana and hemp had never been prohibited? Let us know in the comments below, or join the conversation on Facebook.

Peace,

Ethan
