Activities to Earn It

Do any of these:

• • Attend two full day or four half-day chapter workshops.

  • Present at a chapter event.

  • Serve twice as a TaP expert.

  • Form a chapter specialty sub-group and hold three meetings in a year on the common interest.

Do any combination of five of these:

• • Like our Facebook page.

  • Join our Meetup.

  • Post on our Facebook page.

  • Post on LinkedIn.

  • Tweet about the chapter or chapter events.

  • Post on our Meetup about a chapter event and rate it.

Do any combination of two of these:

• • Write a post or article for our Member's Blog.

  • Promote us elsewhere, link back to our site, and let us know.

Join STC or renew your STC membership for two years in a row

and

Attend five chapter meetings or social/networking events

and

do any one of these:

• • Bring three non-member friends to events.

  • Respond to our yearly survey for two years in a row.

  • Respond to the post-event surveys for the chapter meetings that you attended to earn this badge.

Do any combination of two of these:

• • Be a judge in our Regional TechComm Competition.

  • Represent us as a judge in the STC Summit International Awards.

  • Submit an entry to our Regional TechComm Competition.

Do all of these:

• • Host one networking event

  • Take pictures at two events and send them to us.

  • Bring food to two events.
