7.24 Why the Tax code Automatic Clear after I change the Date at Sales/Purchase Data Entry?

The Tax will ONLY auto Clear if TaxExemptNo <> '' and (DocDate<=TaxExpiryDate or TaxExpiryDate=0) at Maintain Customer/Supplier.
