In Bank Reconciliation Screen you will see as follow

Bank Statement Bank Closing : Enter the Closing Balance as you see in your Bank Statement

System Calculate Bank Closing : Ledger Amount + Unrepresented Chqeues (Total Credit) - UnCredited Cheques by Bank (Total Debit)

Out of Balance by : System Calculate Bank Closing - Bank Statement Bank Closing
