Below is the Summary List need to be check when...

Pre Installation Problem

  • Firewall -> Antivirus & windows, Server & Workstation -> TCP 3050
  • Network setting -> Workgroup, PC Name, other setting same, Network avaliabilities
  • Firebird -> Min 1.5.6(Version 3) -> Min 2.5.2(Version 4 & Payroll)
  • Reginal Setting -> Short Date Format - dd/MM/yyyy & Decimal Symbol - 0.00 & Location not in Malaysia
  • Delete estream folder at Registry (Regedit) -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\
  • Reinstall SQLAcc -> Delete Bin, Virture Store, Up to date Setup
  • Make sure at least 1 printer is in Online Status
  • Try set default printer to other model
  • Try update the printer driver
  • Recreate new DCF
  • Try on New Windows Users

Database/Report/UI Problem

  • Set the window themes to Classic
  • Restart -> SQLAcc, Firebird, PC
  • PC Specification -> Server & Workstation, RAM, CPU available & balance
  • Backup Restore
  • Test Same SQLAcc/SQLPay User ID on other Workstation
  • Test on other SQLAcc/SQLPay User ID on same pc
  • Try on Other DocNo/DocType
  • Test on Lastest Version SQLAcc/SQLPay
  • Check Activation Code -> Type Season Code, Registered With Season Code & Module Registered
  • Check Any Form Mode is in used
  • Check Any DIY Script is in used
  • Display Format is set correctly at Tools | Options
  • Reset Grid Layout
  • Test on sample database
  • Try on New Windows Users
