Dulwich, London, S.E. 1889; enlisted in the Army Service Corps 7 May, 1917, and died at the Military Hospital, Glasgow, 27 April 1918, of malarial fever, contracted while on active service. Buried in Lambeth Cemetery, Tooting, S.W. His Commanding Officer wrote: "I deeply regret to hear of the death of the late Private Hubble." He m. at St Mark's Kennington, S.E. 22 Aug 1915, Lilian Julia Clarice (28 Smith Street, Camberwell, S.E.), daughter of Henry Sulsh, and had one child.
