Google Groups makes it easy for groups of people—such as project teams, departments, or classmates—to communicate and collaborate. 

Here are the things you can do with Google Groups:

1. You can send an email to everyone in a group with one address,

2. Invite a group to an event

3. Share documents with a group. 

4. Create an online forum to discuss a topic or answer questions about a product.
