1. KRA & KPI for relationship manager is under pre-paration. ( Sidd. to finalize with Shivani - reduce no of points, discuss suitable Skill Set )

2. Salary to be split into fixed & variable based. (with above)

3. Siddharth to report on results weekly\monthly basis from CRM. (conversions & other KRA's)

4. Farming activities Structure  for Warm Leads. - Tech Tips, Videos, Testimonials, Whatsapp (Schedule & Content to be finalized)

5. Tech Tips - re-organize, system, (Industry, Prospect Wise) -PENDING?

6. KPI for Email\Whatsapp & DM - PENDING?

7. Email marketing content strategy (Build List, then category wise mailing) - ? 

8. Calling Script to be based on Profiling of Customers (Tech Savviness, Size, Industry), create a Hook for each type of profile. Ask about challenges, give examples of how we helped others (success stories).

9. Landing page for T4G to be improved.
