When I first starting running I had no idea what type of shoes I desired. Becoming an athlete I thought I knew however i didn't. I truly was never a runner in high school. In closing what I would like to have to say is that no matter which shoe you select it has to your style for you personally. Now i'm considered a Clydesdale runner (over 200 lbs.), and also have liked the additional cushioning shoe. There are many to select from but find the one which you will like. Some runners like this brand or that brand but it's what is right for you. My brother, the triathlete, has a certain brand he likes and that i had used it but didn't like them.
The largest problem you'll face on the streets is finding the things that work for you.
