Please accept this correspondence as Notification of intention to hold our Annual General Meeting on the 4th December 2022 - at 3pm.

In light of the nationwide distribution of FoRA membership and potential members, the Committee proposes to host this AGM via a ZOOM meeting (we are able to host up to 200 participants within ZOOM),

and depending on how many other participants register to attend, closer to the date, we will also advise of a venue in south-central Auckland if you wish to attend in person.
