List of properties which had descended to Roger Pomeroy.

Stoke Gabriel: Capital messuage called Sandridge and 2 closes adjoining called Blindwells and Thornparks.

Messuage called Eglisford.

Brixham: Brixham Manor and messuage called Pomeroy's Court.

Harberton: Capital messuage called Bingley alias Beeneley, 3 tucking-mills and 2 grist-mills called Crowdon Mills.

Throwleigh: Messuage called Nordon.

Drewsteignton: Messuage in Higher and Lower Preston and Venton alias Fenton.

Roger Pomeroy's only son and heir Elias died in 1700.

Within the "entail,' the next right heir was Paul Pomeroy, of Brixham, the son of his cousin William. At this point Roger "broke" the entail and created instead TRUST, "for the use of Pomeroy and Gilbert." His daughter Joan had married Humphrey Gilbert.
