For the group assignment for this module, we had initially distributed work among our team members. where each member would be in charge of one question. However, there was one question that was particularly difficult, and hence it was difficult for one person to complete it.

Feelings and Emotional responses from the situation

While we were working on our individual part, the team member that was in charge of the difficult question was experiencing difficulties in completing her section. She raised the issue to the group leader and we eventually decided to work on the question together. Hence, we managed to complete the group assignment smoothly.

What will I do differently in the future

From this experience, I learnt that it was important to understand one's limits and abilities. In this case, if the team member that was in charge of the difficult question did not raise the issue, or raised the issue late, it might result in us not being able to complete our group assignment on time. Due to her swift decision and judgement did we decide to work on the question together, so as to ensure we are able to make it in time for the submission of our group assignment.
