For the group assignment for this module, we had decided to research on how different cultures in Singapore and Japan shape their respective working cultures. For the interviews by Japanese companies, as I had participated in an "Overseas Study Mission" organised by the University to Japan, I contributed the interviews I had obtained from the "Overseas Study Mission". For the interviews by the Singaporean companies, we managed to interview a few companies in different fields.

We managed to fulfill our objectives which is completion of the group assignment. One of my personal objective would be to gain a better understanding of the difference in Japan's and Singapore's working culture. As I had always been deeply interested in both Singapore and Japanese culture, being able to research on their working culture was very meaningful and interesting.

This project enhanced by personal growth as I was was able to fulfill a personal objective. Through this experience, it has made me more knowledgeable about different working cultures and has allowed me to understand how a country's culture, mindset and lifestyle can impact the working culture of the country.
