For the group assignment for this module, I worked with a group of students whom i have not worked with before. Due to the differing working styles, there were various issues that arose in the process of completing the group assignment.

Why did it happen

For this group, there was a team member that was very insistent on his method and it was difficult to overwrite his decision. As the other members including me were more passive, we allowed him to lead and we did as he deemed fit.

What did I do/ and what I will do if it happens again

Due to that, there were various instances in which I remained passive towards his actions despite knowing that it is not the most suitable method to approach the question. Rather than accepting his methods, I felt that I should had been more confident and voiced out my opinions. It was possible to raise my opinion with explanations, without sounding and appearing too aggressive. This was a huge learning point for me as for my University, for every module, we had one group assignment.
