4-4:40 Jerks

4:40-5:25: Squats

I would love to have company this Saturday to volunteer at Black & Red Open...

My plan is to open the Loft a little early and be on the Road to the meet at 12 noon.

I'll work the 1pm and 3:30 sessions and am expecting ~6pm finish
