This week ONLY change of Free Class date / Olympic Live Streaming schedule

Hi All,

I want to hold the Free Wt Lifting Class on Friday this week instead of Thursday.

Please let me know if this works for you by RSVP

If Friday will not work AND you still want to lift on Thursday between 4-5:25 you are welcome to do so but it will be an Open-Gym session.

Friday will run coached classes and Open gym session at the same time

-Open gym session 4-5:25

-Classes

4-4:40 Snatching

4:40-5:25: Pressing (Bench Press, Over Head Press, Push Press )

I read...US lifters should be as follows:

Morghan King will be Sat Aug 6 @ 6pm

Jenny Arthur will be Fri Aug 12 @ either 9am (B session) or 2:30pm (A session)

Kendrick will be Sat Aug 13 @ either 2:30 pm (B session) or 6 pm (B session)

Sarah Robles will be Sun Aug 14th at 6pm
