This weeks Free Class: Pressing & Jerks

Hi All,

This Thursday's free class will review Pressing and Jerks:

A typical Jerk progression covers Over head Press "OHP", push press, power jerk and split jerk

Pressing movements include OHP, Bench press, push press

Since the classes are so similar I will combine these two classes together to run the full time 4-5:25
