Hi all,
I'd like to make a group trip/have some Club company for the next area Wt Lifting meet.
This one is in Northern Va so its an easy visit
My idea is to lift in the morning and go straight to the meet. I've attached the start list and a link to the volunteer signup sheet.
Please let me know soon since I will signup by Saturday and this will lock in my time.
FYI, Loading bars required no experience and provides you with the best seat in the house and often a free meal too.
