Closing of the Loft & Opening of our new gym

Hi All,

Please note that from December 2nd through December 8th, the WLC will be closed.

On December 9th we will host a grand opening of the new gym at bldg 53.

As part of the Grand opening the WLC will host three free classes

December 10^th 4:30-5:30pm: We will open the gym to give tours, instruction and for open gym training.

The tours are primary aimed toward familiarizing people with free weight equipment and exercises.

December 12^th 4-5:25pm: Olympic weightlifting class to provide instruction for the snatch and Clean.

December 19^th: Fundamental free weightlifting class to provide instruction for the back squat, over-head press and dead-lift
