9th Period Movie Maker
Using the information found in the 'Movie Maker Basics' Word document found at the bottom of this page (or a neighbor), look into how to do the following:
- Copy and paste the folders 'track photos' and 'track vids' from my USB onto either your documents or your USB.
- Add in 5 photos from the folder 'Track Photos'
- Select two of the photos in the timeline (use the CTRL key and click on them, just like you would files in Windows Explorer) and change their duration (found on the yellow Video Tools tab) to 5.00 seconds.
- Add a caption to a third photo (home tab), typing in something related to the picture (it can be funny, but not rude)
- Select the first photo on the timeline, and then add a title slide (Home Tab)
- Add a visual effect to two different photos to change their appearance (visual effects tab)
- Select the first image, and then use the 'Animations' tab to add a 'Blur Through Black' animation.
- Select the second image, and then add a crossfade animation to this photo.
- Select the third image, and use the 'Pan and Zoom' options (the right-hand box on the Animations tab) to add a pan and zoom effect.
- Add one movie clip from the 'Track Vids' folder
- With that clip selected, use the 'Split' function on the 'video tools' tab to split the clip into three pieces.
- Change the playback speed of the middle clip to 0.25x
- Save the project in the same folder where track vids and track photos are located, and name it Track Test Movie
- Go to 'Save Movie' and pick the option 'for android phone (medium).' Save this in that same folder as Track Test Movie Finished
