Sept 4: Bell Schedule

Mission: Design a page for the hallways that indicates the bell schedule for this school year.

Specifications: 16x20" image size, with at least a 0.5" margin around the edges. The background must be white (as to save ink). The design must include the following:

• CMYK: This is for printing
• Use of shapes tool in photoshop
• Varying opacity of at least one layer
• Use of brushes to some extent that have been modified via the brush panel
• No existing image/graphic other than the Falcon logo without my prior approval. These will be very few and far between, trust me.
• Text that has been modified by use of the character panel, be it tracking or vertical/horizontal scaling
• Adherence to banned fonts list
• Utilization of a predominantly black and gold color scheme
• Color code for Bushland Gold: C:24 M:21 Y:56 K:0

Eligible Champions: Photoshop Veterans

Reward: Daily Grade Current Event for top three winners, as chosen by a panel of faculty.

August 30: Faculty Shirt

Mission: Design a shirt for the Bushland Faculty. It must not include a date, and must be a viable, school appropriate design that exhibits professionalism and school pride.

Eligible Champions: Those who have skill in the mighty tools of Adobe Illustrator

For: BISD Faculty

Due: 13 Sept 2013

Reward: Winner gets credit for BOTH current events this six weeks, as well as unending glory and fame in Bushland, America. Three honorable mentions get credit for their test grade current event.
