"Smart from the Start: Ancient Technology Defies Evolution"
Evolutionary history tells us that humans have progressed from cave men to our present level of technology over many thousands of years, and that we will continue to evolve. But real history shows a completely different picture. Rather than constant progress upward, history is littered with dozens of examples of civilizations that have risen to a high level of technology, reached a peak, and then declined, often collapsing completely.
One of the most controversial examples is ancient Egypt: How did they build the pyramids? We're told that they accomplished these astonishing feats with crude copper and stone tools. But this is clearly impossible. Many theories have been proposed to explain their feats of engineering, such as visits from extraterrestrials. We don't know all of the answers, but what we do know aligns better with Biblical history rather than evolutionary theory.
Amazing similarities are found worldwide--of cultures that have flourished, developed technologies that we're unable to duplicate today, and then vanished.
What lessons can we learn from these examples that apply to us today?

Dry Falls Tour Oct. 14, 2023
For many years geologists thought that the channeled scablands and dry falls of Eastern Washington were carved out by gradual processes over many thousands of years. But it turns out that they were caused by a massive flood event. There are deep canyons carved in solid basalt, and "waterfalls" with no water present! We'll see how these features support the biblical history of a worldwide flood.
