Pizza Crust Dough
1 pkg dry yeast
1 t sugar
1 c lukewarm water
3 c flour
1/2 t salt
2 T oil
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar. Add half the flour (1 1/2 c). Mix well. Add salt and oil. Mix. Add the rest of the flour. Knead until smooth. Add extra flour if needed. Let rise until double. Punch down. Shape into two 10" crusts.
Add sauce and toppings, bake at 450º for 20 to 25 min or until golden brown.
