The Snow Crash Book Club starts on Monday March 22nd.

The Book Club began on March 22, 2021 and endd on April 11, 2021. During this time we will have three synchronous meetings at 5 pm SLT (PT US) on Monday March 22, Monday March 29 and Monday April 5.

We will meet synchronously in the Second Life Virtual environment at the CVL Holodeck: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Cookie/202/196/1006 for approximately one hour

We just recently did a talk on Dystopia Rising: Learning Portal to the Metaverse on March 19, 2021 at the Virtual World Best Practices in Education.

While virtual worlds might be emerging pedagogy for many, as veterans we have a dystopic opportunity to show other educators how deeper learning can take place in immersive environments. Come join us for a discussion on how to showcase your worlds and once again open the portal to the creative, education, technical and experiential metaverse.
