NET NEUTRALITY

In the United States, Net Neutrality was repealed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on June 11, 2018. Some of the actions left are for the U.S. Congress to use the Congressional Review Act (CRA) and for the case to go through the U.S. court system. House and Senate Democrats introduced the Save the Internet Act of 2019 on March 7, 2019 to repeal the FCC's Restoring Internet Freedom Order.
