Discussion Questions for Week 1:
Please respond to the following questions in the #Metagame Book Club+ Community.
Q1) It is time for you to answer the interview question, What is your ultimate game?
Q2) How would you turn Pride and Prejudice into a video game? If you need a refresher, feel free to review http://www.pemberley.com/janeinfo/pridprej.html Also, if Jane Austen is not your cup of tea, feel free to pick another novel or educational concept?
Q3) Jesse Schell writes about games as experiences. How would you take lens 2, an essential experience, and utilize it in your classroom? If you are not a teacher, how would you see lens 2 being implemented in a classroom?
Q4) Consider Ingress, Hearthstone or any other mobile game and compare the game against the 18 lenses. Which lenses pop out to you when you are playing the game? Are there any lenses that you thought would be present in your game that are not? Again, you do not need to compare the game to all eighteen lenses, just the ones that jump out at you when you are playing the game.
