1328 At Petham, Kent. Proof of age of Warin or Waresius de Valoignes. Andrew atte Mede, aged 40 years and more, says the said Waresius is 21 years old, and this he knows because on the morrow of All Souls next after the birth of the said Waresius, William atte Mede his son took the garb of religion in the order of friars preachers at Canterbury.

1361 Southampton, made at Meonstoke, Hants. Richard Danvers made a conditional feoffment to John de Scures, knight, Simon atte Mede and others of a messuage, a carucate of arable, 10 acres meadow, 12 acres pasture, and 34 shillings rent, with a court of pleas worth 12 d yearly, the premises held of the king for provision of an armed man for 40 days in time of war.

1374 Shaldeford (Shalford), Surrey. Dowry assigned: a third part of a moiety of the manor. John atte Mede one of the tenants.

1397 Henry atte Mede took the manor of Lymynge, Kent, at a yearly rent of £80.

1402/3 Ilchester, Somerset. Proof of age of Nicholas Molyns, born 1380 at South

Petherton. John Mede, 60, had a son William born in the same year.

1428 Thomas Mede, juror, of Bristol.

1428 Southmoulton, Devon. Miles atte Mede of Ernesburgh.

1495 William Worston. William Worston died 8 Oct. 9, 1494. John Myddelworthy, Joan the wife of John Mede, and Margery the wife of John Brokying are his cousins and heirs to a messuage, 100 acres land, 20 acres wood and 10 acres meadow in Worston in Yalmeton (Yealmpton), Devon.

John Myddelworthy is son of John, daughter of Agnes.

Agnes and Joan Mede are the daughters of Edith, daughter of John, son of Joan, daughter of Thomas, brother of Roger, father of William, father of Roger, father of William Worston.
