All hands on deck for our cleanup on May 2! And after our facilities are squared away, we will celebrate with our first social event of 2015, the Prep Signal Party. Thereafter, we will be in full swing with mast raising and the Cinco de Mayo Party on May 9 followed by regular racing starting on May 17 and continuing every week until October 18. Regular racing is on Sundays with the first race starting at 1:00 pm. We will also hold three regattas open to all Lake Mohawk Country Club members with any type of sailboat. The dates for the regattas are June 6, July 5 and Sept. 6. The following is a list of tentative dates for all of our major events. Please note them on your calendars:

We will also offer lessons for juniors (starting at age 10) and adults. The program will run from July 6 until August 7. Space is limited so sign up early. Here are the particulars:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

AM Class: 9:30 am to 12:15 pm or

PM Class: 1:15 pm to 4:00 pm –Tuition $375.0

Sailing Level 2:

Introduction to Snipe Sailing –

Sailing Level 3 and 3+
