Good book for R

I'm more like a hacker type; just want to solve something real fast and move on, so my favorite book would be something that I can implement right after reading it. Personally, my favorite book is "R in A Nutshell" by Joseph Adler. All I need from the book is just to know the big picture of R, e.g., data type, how to import file, how to assign values to variables, etc., and the book does a very good job on that.

However, when having more specific questions, I found it's very easy to find the answer by just Googling it. Most of the time I found the answer on StackOverflow.
