Value Study

Value:

The range of light and dark in a piece of art work

Makes the artwork come to life and develop 3 Dimensional qualities on a 2 Dimensional surface

Students will learn how to create value (gradation) with their own original drawings. Each Activity will lead to a final project which is a still life drawing that incorporates value.
