MAGIC REALISM
A literary or artistic genre in which realistic narrative and naturalistic technique are combined with surreal
elements of dream or fantasy. Imagining the world in a way that connot physically exist. Start with dreams, desires, humor or terror.
For this project, you will turn your imagination to semi-real landscapes or interiors, miniature or magnifications. Make it fun, eccentric and semi believable. Use an image from A-H or select one of your own images that you have captured during your aperture study and transform it into something fantastic. Lets see what you can do. When complete, first, save it at a .psd in a folder called magic realism. Then save again as a .jpg then send the .jpg via email explaining your thoughts. What is it about and what were you trying to do.
